I offer a straightforward, non-judgemental and relatable approach to counselling and therapy.  I work with adults and teenagers navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief and the demands of every day life.  

Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply need support, I'm here to help you to navigate through these difficulties.  I will create a supportive and non-judgemental environment to help you explore your feelings and behaviours, leading to empowering you to make positive changes.

I bring a broad perspective and understanding of life experiences thanks for my background working for the NSPCC, Youth Justice, Counselling and with Corporate Clients.

I offer a free 20 minute introductory chat (by phone) so we can decide how best to move forward together.
